Anxiety symptoms of mind and body?
I have general anxiety disorder(GAD) and i know some of the symptoms and try to deal with them the best i can,but lately i noticed weight fluctuations and appetite loss. It is like i don’t feel hungry until i start eating then i feel hungry and my appetite is good,but i don’t know if Anxiety Can cause these type of symptoms. I am always worrying about my health and do i have some un found illness even after my Dr tells me i am fine! Can any one relate to this and give me some info on the symptoms they have or had with anxiety?! Thank You!!
