Are the Signs Of Depression and stress similar?
My counselor asked me if depression could be a possible problem. I don’t think it is, I’m pretty stressed. Any help would be great.
Stress can cause depression. So, stress is a symptom of depression; stress is a sign, depression is a disorder. I suggest you look into antidepressants, just until you get over this period in your life. Best wishes.
