How Can I Get Rid Of Anxiety, completely?
I’ve been dealing with anxiety since i was 9 years old. I would have panic attacks every night i stayed at my dads house (which was half of every week) so that was a lot and it was very hard to take. eventually, after years went by it slowely got better and the attacks became less frequent. I am 17 now, and i rarely get them, but when i do its terrible and i don’t know what to do about it. What can i do to make them just dissappear for good?
I had a very severe case of anxiety for over 15 years and I thought I would never get rid of it. It turned out that gluten intolerance was causing my anxiety. I went gluten free for other symptoms and as a pleasant bonus, my anxiety also went away so I was able to make the connection. I seriously haven’t had ANY anxiety, with the exception of the time that I was served the wrong dish at a restaurant and ate some gluten. I’ve done some research and the reason it causes the anxiety is because most of the serotonin in your body is located in your intestines. If they’re damaged in some way (like they are with gluten intolerance), your body can’t use the serotonin effectively and it causes all kinds of psych disorders. Depression is the number one symptom of celiac disease, which is one type of gluten intolerance. Schizophrenia has also been shown to improve on a gluten free diet. It may not be the cause of your symptoms, but it was a miracle in my life when I figured out the link for me. Let me know if you have any more questions.
